Who owns this site

Suncoast Registry is operated by Cibbee, a Florida software company owned by Bryant Burdine, who also owns the general contracting firm Hoosiers GC LLC. We sell contractors featured placement and software. We do not sell leads, we do not charge homeowners, and paid placement never changes a license record shown on this site.

Hoosiers GC works in Indiana. It is not licensed in Florida, it is not listed on this site, and it does not bid, quote, or perform work here.

Nothing on this site is paid right now

Not one listing on Suncoast Registry has paid for its position. Every listing you can see was built from the state license record and is free.

Trade pages are ordered by how long the license has been held, longest first, then by business name. Nothing is ordered by money, because nothing has been paid for. The day that changes, the top of the list will say so in plain words and this page will say so too.

What we sell

• Verified listing — $0, forever. Business name, trade, the license record, the verification date and its source. Free is not a trial, it does not expire, and it is what every listing on the site is today.
• Featured — paid placement. $49 a month. Top of a trade category, with photos and a written description a free listing does not get.
• Exclusive partner — paid placement. $199 a month. The same top position, capped at two businesses per trade per ZIP code. When both seats are taken, nobody else can buy one at any price.

That is the entire price list. The Registry sells placement and nothing else — no software, no subscription, no add-on, and no fee that makes a phone ring.

What paying moves

Position on the page. That is the whole list.

A paid listing sits above the free ones in its trade category and can carry photos and a written description. Nothing else about it is different, and its license block is generated by the same code from the same state record as every free listing on the site.

What paying can never move

• Verification. It is a state record check with a pass or a fail in it and no human judgment for money to lean on.
• How fast verification happens. Paid and free listings go through the same monthly check on the same day.
• A lapsed license. A paying contractor whose license goes inactive comes down the same as a free one, and we refund the unused month.
• A correction. Money cannot hide one, delay one, or take one off a listing.
• A review. Money cannot buy one, weight one, or filter one. There are no reviews on this site today, and when there are, this rule is what will govern them.
• A trade. Money cannot get a business into a category its license does not cover.
• The license record block. Paid placement never changes, reorders, or removes anything inside it.

Placement is paid. Verification is not for sale.

How a paid listing is labeled

When the first one goes live it will carry its label in visible text next to the listing — the words “Featured — paid placement” or “Exclusive partner — paid placement”, above the card content, at readable size. Not a tooltip. Not an asterisk. Not a legend at the bottom of the page.

Underneath it, on every paid card without exception, the same sentence that is on this page: placement is paid, verification is not for sale, linking back here.

A paid card is a neutral tint, never the verified green, and it is distinguishable from a free listing in grayscale. The paid label and the verified badge never share a pill or sit together without that sentence between them.

Homeowners pay nothing

There is no fee to search this site, no fee to read a listing, no account, and no paywall. We do not sell leads, we do not sell your details, and we do not take a cut of anybody's job.

Tell us if a listing is not labeled

If you ever see a listing at the top of a category without a label saying it is paid placement, that is a mistake on our side and we want to hear about it the same day.
